David M. Lesser Fine Antiquarian Books has published their Catalogue 163 of Rare Americana. A Catalogue of Significant and Unusual Imprints Relating to America. Most are from the 18th and 19th century, with many pamphlets, manuscript documents, and more ephemeral items included.
