Dawson's Book Shop was established in Los Angeles in 1905 and the first catalogue issued in December, 1907. In the ensuing years more than 400 catalogues have been issued. The shop specializes in rare and out of print books in the fields of California history, Western Americana and photography, and now features an art gallery.
