Description Joel Munsell, the important printer in Albany, New York in the mid to late 19th century issued a bibliography of his printed productions in 1872.

Joseph Sabin, the preeminent American bibliographer in the same period, spoke highly of Munsell in his magazine, The American Bibliopist, and included many of his works in his 1877 Bibliography of Bibliography.
Scope of Text 172 pages of citations. There are more than 2,211 items in this bibligraphy of Munsell printings. And while this list extensive it is hardly complete. The collector, scholar and dealer will find material that is not included as well as material that is misattributed by date.
