About Us Peter Kiefer, first a collector and then dealer in antique books, has been conducting book auctions since 1985. The firm, with a permanent staff of 16, conducts three major book sales a year and is involved in the sale of art, furniture and collectibles as well.The firm issues catalogues, participates in exhibitions and provides a fully searchable website.In 2000 the firm handled the dispersal of 60,000 works from a southern German royal library and later the sale of 16,000 cookbooks from the collection of Rolf Dittmar. In 2003 Mr. Kieffer sold, on behalf of the Archbishop of Freiburg, the contents of a monastery including its library. In 2004 the firm organized the exhibition "Salvador Dali - The Golden Age" at the Brushsal Castle.The firm is experienced in the cataloguing, exhibition and sale of important material. It continues to expand and to seek important projects.
