About Us Founded in the 1970s in the Sablon district of Brussels, the Alain Ferraton bookstore moved in 1985 in chaussée de Charleroi to the Châtelain district. In parallel with his bookstore activity, Alain Ferraton offered auctions of rare and precious books. With the arrival of Damien Voglaire, he also developed modern and contemporary art auctions. The auctions definitively replaced the bookstore in the 2010s. In 2016, Mr. Ferraton passed the torch to Damien Voglaire. After 5 years, “Les Ventes Ferraton - Damien Voglaire” becomes “Les Ventes Damien Voglaire”, an auction house specializing in literary and artistic avant-garde and the sale of modern and contemporary art.
