About Us Sydney Rare Book Auctions was formed in 2011 and its charter is to conduct rare book auctions in Sydney. Director, Paul Feain has over 40 years experience in the rare book trade. He established the Cornstalk Bookshop in 1980 and is now one of Sydney’s leading antiquarian booksellers. Paul is a member of the Australian and New Zealand Association of Antiquarian Booksellers (ANZAAB) and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers(ILAB).
