Surprisingly, French bookseller Les Trois Islets has a good collection of Americana, along with voyages, atlases, science and more. There are collections of outstanding books offered by English dealer Peter Harrington Antiquarian Bookseller and a combined offering from Dutch booksellers the Antiquariaat Forum and Asher Rare Books.
