In 1962, our then 22-year old founder, Bill Doyle, infused this business with energy, excitement, and entrepreneurial spirit that is still palpable today. He believed, as we do, in buying what you love, in the power of goodwill, and that auctions are fun! His joy – “like a kid in a candy store” – is still present in the thrill of discovery, the pursuit of value, and our passionate team. This season, we continue to grow and expand our reach by offering simultaneous auctions in Charleston, Boston, and New York, items available for private sale in our galleries and via Instagram, and – of course – our incredible array of auctions.
