15 New Catalogues Reviewed This Month

Fifteen catalogues are reviewed this month.

Fifteen new catalogues are reviewed in the latest issue of AE Monthly. The William Reese Company is offering a selection of Californiana. David Lesser Antiquarian Books has rare Americana, while Gene W. Baade is more focused on the American West. The Raab Collection offers mostly American signed historic documents.

 

The Columbia Trading Company and Ten Pound Island Book Company feature nautical works. Antiquariat Eigl presents material related to one of the greatest navigators ever, Capt. James Cook. Thomas Cullen has a selection of unusual books and manuscripts, while the Kelmscott Bookshop focuses on fine press and other works related to the book arts. Simon Beattie features manuscripts this month, while the Lawbook Exchange has, naturally enough, books related to the law.

 

Antiquariat Fragmenta Selecta offers books pertaining to the ancient world. Antiquariat Banzhaf, Antiquariaat Forum, and Librairie Thomas-Scheler have selections from the books they recently brought from Europe to the New York and California Antiquarian Book Fairs.
