Item 47 is a complete run of The Book Collector, a British periodical, from Vol. 1 No. 1 in 1952 through Vol. 52 No. 2 in 2003. H.P. Kraus was a regular subscriber and this is their collection. $2,500. For those interested in the first American magazine about book collecting, there are 24 bound issues of The Philobiblion, published from 1861-1863. Each issue includes a sales catalogue from bookseller George P. Philes who published this magazine as an adjunct to his bookselling business. Item 339. $300.

This catalogue is not heavy on Canadiana, but here are three volumes of the Dictionary of Canadian Biography. Offered are the first three volumes of a massive fourteen-volume set.
