Rare Book Hub: 43 Auctions Archived, another 54 Upcoming this Week

For the week ended Friday, 19 June 2020, 43 auctions were archived to the Rare Book Hub Transaction Database; 3 denominated in Swiss francs, 1 in Danish krona, 11 in euros, 4 in British pounds, and 24 in US dollars.  Turnover was $16,010,366 as 11,165 lots were offered and 9,603 sold for a stellar 86% success rate.  One octogenarian explains it this way, “While I’m sequestered for my health and well-being I’m buying up a storm.” Who knew that couch-bandits would be found among the Fulton J. Sheen crowd.  Hoorah!
