The New Year looks to be a busy one for book catalogues, as we start 2010 with 24 new reviews. David Lesser Fine Antiquarian Books offers rare Americana, while Almagre Books focuses on America's Indians. Libreria de Antano offers rare Hispanica, while Krown and Spellman feature early English books. Harbeck Rare Books is focused on the niche of German Australiana and Pacifica.

There is much in the way of autographed and manuscript material available this month. Seth Kaller is focused on Abraham Lincoln. The Raab Collection has historic documents, while Joe Rubinfine offers American documents. Acorn Books Northwest has signed books, David Schulson signed letters and photographs.

Garrett Scott, Bookseller, targets sermons and sex. Raymond M. Sutton looks at natural history. James Cummins, Bookseller, features literature, travel and Americana, Forest Books bibliography, bookbinding and reference, James Pepper Rare Books literature, detectives and film, while Frits Knuf Antiquarian Books offers a catalogue of catalogues. Ten Pound Island Books specializes in nautical works, and Rare Illustrated Books specializes, naturally, in rare illustrated books.

Peter L. Masi Books has the uncommon and inexpensive. Winter catalogues are offered by Kenston Rare Books and Michael Thompson Books. There are special catalogues from Hordern House and Manhattan Rare Books, while Kevin F. Kelly, Bookseller, presents books displayed at the recent Seattle Fair.
