By Michael Stillman

This month we review 17 new booksellers' catalogues. They come from all over the world - Shapero in the UK, Ewens in Canada, Thomas-Scheler in France, Libreria de Antano in Argentina, Antiquariaat Forum in the Netherlands, and, of course, lots from the U.S.A. We review our first catalogues from Ian Brabner of Wilmington, Delaware, along with Canadian David Ewens. There are catalogues of German Americana from William Reese, American Travels from George MacManus, Western Americana from Arthur Clark and the Civil War from Chapel Hill Rare Books. There are manuscript documents from Stuart Lutz and Joe Rubinfine, unusual books from Garrett Scott, 19th century photography from Charles Wood and children's books from John Windle. Oak Knoll weighs in with antiquarian books about books and Between the Covers has some unusual new arrivals.
